Part of Vision Wakefield’s Christmas offering will be a digital service showing some initiatives and groups in local churches which bring people together.  There will be prayers, readings, messages, and music from different Christian traditions, focussed on one of the great themes of the season: that in Jesus, Emmanuel, God is with us (Matthew 1.23). 

There’s so much to celebrate in our church communities who reach out to folk in all kinds of need. Pray that through the digital Christmas service, and all we do, many people – whether they feel lonely or not – will know the peace and joy of God being with us.
